Construction Cares' programs address the most urgent needs of underserved segments of the construction community. Through one-on-one check-ins and group training sessions, we prepare participants for success in their fields by arming them with the tools they need to remain employable.
Communities Empowered Through Construction saw a need to support its candidates through the various challenges that can interfere with their success in the trades, including systemic industry biases and environmental hardships.
