Become a mentor or a volunteer

Donations aren't the only way you can help. One of the best ways to support Construction Cares is with your time. We are always looking for mentors to provide motivation, guidance, and support to men and women who are newcomers to the construction industry. The Construction Cares mentorship program is a minimum six-month commitment and requires participants to adhere to the following program guidelines: ● Participation in the program orientation session ● Monthly check-ins with your mentee (virtual or in-person) ● Provide your mentee with positive support and guidance throughout the relationship
